Glentel Inc. at The Mobile Shop inside Real Canadian Superstore is seeking a Store Manager to guide customers to optimal mobile and rate plan options. You will lead a team of Wireless Sales Representatives and deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Loblaw shopper needs.

You will become a Mobile Expert, stay current on carrier offerings and promotions, and drive sales while coaching staff to achieve targets and develop their skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with Loblaw shoppers to offer the latest mobile, home and business solutions from leading brands such as Bell, Virgin Plus, Lucky, Rogers, PC Mobile, Fido, and Chatr Mobile to Loblaw shoppers tailored to their lifestyle.
• Become a Mobile Expert by mastering carrier offerings, promotions, and pricing structures to communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Lead and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets, providing coaching, training and development.
