Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Build Manager to join our Wireless division in Hartlebury. You will oversee all engineering and technical disciplines, planning, scheduling, forecasting and coordinating Civils, Rigging and DICI activities to ensure quality from conception to completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, liaising with clients and project teams, and driving health and safety compliance across sites. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Understanding of labour, materials and plant requirements on site build projects.
• Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively.
• Able to multitask on a variety of tasks.
• Team player with collaboration skills.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft, Excel).
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and logistics from inception to completion.
• Manage internal and external resources for rigging and DICI activities.
• Liaise with client and project team to meet milestones.
• Prepare handover documents and project packs.
• Ensure health and safety is implemented and reported.
• Coordinate with Rigging teams to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Review detailed designs and provide feedback to the team.
• Attend pre-starts and document minutes and POW.
• Update site tools to keep projects current.
