Job summary

TT Electronics plc seeks a Trainee Wireperson to join our team on-site. You will assist in assembling cables and harnesses, learning from a Team Leader, and progressing through accredited training. No prior experience is required—just a proactive attitude and a desire to grow with TT Electronics.

You will gain hands-on experience with our products, maintain accurate records, and develop your skills toward IPC620 certification while contributing to a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
• You will develop skills through online and classroom training.
• Opportunity to progress within TT Electronics and wider group.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly of cables, harnesses and other TT Electronics products under supervision.
• Check drawings and parts lists to ensure accuracy.
• Record assembly details in our internal systems and on paper documents.
• Keep workspace clean and tidy and handle parts with care.
• Support other team members when needed and work flexibly.
• Develop skills through training and progress toward IPC620 certification.
• Complete safety training and maintain on-site health and safety.
