Job summary

TT Electronics in Barnstaple, North Devon, is seeking an Electronics Harness and Wireperson to join the manufacturing team. The role runs 07h15 to 17h30, Monday to Thursday, in a sub-assembly and rack system environment within the operations department.

You will manufacture to build instructions, ensure timely production, and maintain strict quality controls in a safety-forward setting. This position emphasizes defect-free output and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aerospace or similar industry.
• Low volume, high mix, build-to-print environments.
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with ERP/Shop booking systems.
• Accreditations IPC610/620 or ESA/ECSS.
• Desirable knowledge of lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture check & follow detailed build instructions to a high degree of accuracy.
• Manufacture product in a timely manner within costed time restraints.
• Operate in a quality accredited environment following aerospace controls.
• Maintain zero tolerance to defects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
