The Inland Group of Companies is seeking a Winter Operations Manager to lead de-icing, glycol recovery, and fluid processing at YYT. You will oversee staff, ensure safety, and maintain regulatory compliance while coordinating with airport partners and customers.

Reporting to the Station Manager, this role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on supervision in a high-demand, seasonal environment. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Post-secondary education in Aviation Management, Business Management, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Minimum five years of airline operations experience, including customer service, maintenance, de-icing operations, facility operations, and safety or regulatory compliance.
• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in an operational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily winter operations, including aircraft de-icing, glycol recovery, and fluid processing.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship.
• Supervise and develop winter operations staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and training tracking.
• Monitor weather and staffing needs to optimize productivity and cross-training.
• Oversee operational documentation, reporting, and regulatory records.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, spare parts, and facility readiness.
• Support fluid management programs and environmental compliance.
• Maintain strong communication with employees, customers, and regulators.
