Job summary

Menzies Aviation in the UK is seeking a Shift Allocator to manage de-icers, aircraft cleaners, and driver teams of around 150–200 staff. You will ensure aircraft are de-iced, cleaned, and serviced to airline standards and on time.

You will allocate resources to flights, liaise with customers by phone, complete delay and shift reports, and uphold Health & Safety across shifts. The role requires clear communication, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.
