Fortnum & Mason in London seeks a Floor Manager for the Wine & Spirits department to lead a knowledgeable team, drive commercial performance, and deliver the renowned Fortnum customer experience.

You will inspire customers through expertise, coach colleagues, and ensure exceptional standards in service, presentation and operations. The role encompasses tastings, events and ongoing product storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing retail teams.
• Strong track record of delivering sales growth and exceptional customer experiences.
• Passion for wine, spirits and luxury retail.
• Knowledge of wines, champagnes and premium spirits; ability to guide customer purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales performance, productivity and departmental targets through leadership and commercial focus.
• Build lasting customer relationships through expert recommendations and exceptional service.
• Coach and develop colleagues to build product knowledge and premium selling skills.

• Support department launches, tastings, seasonal events and customer activations.
