Job summary

Majestic Wine Group in Ealing is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the store team, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for every customer. The role is 24 hours per week with a permanent contract; evenings and weekends are required.

You will be a store ambassador, assist with deliveries, merchandising and customer follow-up, and grow your wine knowledge toward WSET level 2 while enjoying staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service to every customer.
• Self-motivated, able to work alone and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn about wine and progress toward WSET level 2.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Act as a store ambassador, manage day-to-day operations and stock deliveries.
• Provide VIP customer updates and tastings information to drive sales.
• Maintain store appearance and compliance with policies and training.
• Support junior team members and follow the Store Manager’s guidance.
