Job summary

Majestic Wine in Ealing is hiring a Sales Assistant to support the store team, drive sales, and deliver first-class customer service. You will help manage day-to-day operations, ensure the store looks professional, and engage with customers to showcase our wine range.

The role requires evening and weekend work, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude. 24 hours per week with a permanent contract and staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and problem solving.
• Able to deliver exceptional customer experience and service.
• Self-motivated, able to thrive when working alone and as part of a team.
• WSET level 2 knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Full UK, manual transmission driving licence held for at least 12 months, with up to 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting the team to hit targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Act as an ambassador for the store and maintain a high standard of appearance and organisation.
• Support day-to-day store operations including merchandise, stock deliveries and customer outreach.
