Gaia Restaurant in London is seeking an experienced Sommelier to elevate the wine offering and guest experience. You will curate memorable wine journeys and work closely with the Head Sommelier to reflect Gaia's elegance and high standards.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional wine service, making expert recommendations, and training staff to grow wine knowledge, with a strong emphasis on stock control and supplier coordination.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Sommelier in a fine-dining setting.
• Strong understanding of global wine regions and pairings.
• WSET Level 2 or higher preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional wine service in line with Gaia Restaurant standards.
• Provide engaging recommendations and wine pairings for guests.
• Support and lead staff training to build wine knowledge and confidence.
• Assist with stock control, cellar organisation, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain a consistently high level of service and attention to detail.
