Job summary

XPEL in the United Kingdom is seeking a Window Tint Film Designer to create and refine patterns for new vehicle models using XPEL's design software. You will template vehicles, test patterns, and ensure high quality designs reach our global customer base.

The role requires travel up to 50%, a UK driving licence and passport, and offers a base salary of £32,000 to £38,000 with potential to progress beyond £45,000, plus a 10% quarterly bonus and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and maths.
• Highly motivated, organised, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Role involves travel up to 50%.
• Full, valid UK driving licence and passport.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Window Tint Film patterns for new vehicle models
• Template vehicles at customer locations or XPEL facilities
• Test, review, and improve existing Window Tint Film patterns
• Enter and maintain accurate designs in the Design Access Program (DAP) system
• Interact with DAP software users and customers as needed
• Provide support on design‑related queries
• Carry out other duties as assigned
