The role requires travel up to 50%, a UK driving licence and passport, and offers a base salary of £32,000 to £38,000 with potential to progress beyond £45,000, plus a 10% quarterly bonus and ongoing training.

About the Role

As a Window Tint Film Designer, you will play a key role in creating and refining Tint Film patterns for new vehicle models. Using XPEL's proprietary design software, you will template vehicles, test and improve patterns, and ensure high quality designs are made available to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Window Tint Film patterns for new vehicle models
• Template vehicles at customer locations (dealerships, OEMs, etc.) or at XPEL‑owned facilities
• Test, review, and improve existing Window Tint Film patterns where required
• Enter and maintain accurate designs within XPEL's Design Access Program (DAP) system
• Interact with DAP software users and customers as needed
• Provide support on design‑related queries
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• A Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and maths
