Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Position Overview

The successful candidates will carry out the installation, repair, and maintenance of windows across a range ofproperties, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards and contributes to the safety and comfort of residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Install a variety of window systems to a high professional standard.
• Carry out repairs, replacements, and maintenance of existing window fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and council safety procedures.
• Work on both occupied and unoccupied properties across the borough.
• Conduct pre- and post-inspections of work as required.
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and internal departments.
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately.

Requirements

Essential:

• Level 2 Qualification in joinery or fenestration.
• Proven experience in window fitting/maintenance within domestic or commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of relevant health & safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
