JOB TITLE: Window Cleaner

LOCATION: St James Quarter

PAY RATE: £14.00 per hour

HOURS: 38.5 Hours per week

As a Cleaner, you will ensure that all assigned areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained in line with ABM's quality and cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in various environments
Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
Identify cleaning needs and report any areas of concern to the supervisor
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is used correctly
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Provide exceptional service to clients and respond to their needs promptly

Person Specification:

The successful candidate must have at least one of the following
Commercial window cleaning experience is required
Must be able to work at height
Must be able to work in a team or independently

Key Responsibilities

To complete all necessary equipment checks as and when required
To ensure all paperwork and documentation is kept up to date
To ensure all team members integrate and communicate
To work safely within the safety guidelines

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Must be over 18 years of age
Right to work in the UK with appropriate documentation
