Locums First is seeking Locum Practice Nurses to support Windermere and surrounding areas with flexible sessional work across community health settings and GP surgeries, offering a balanced mix of treatment room duties, clinical reviews and preventive health activity.

You will contribute to a range of primary care services by supporting routine clinics, delivering procedural care and assisting with core nursing responsibilities, with immunisations if trained and NHS Health Checks as part of a

Qualificações

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with primary care or community experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Running treatment room clinics including wound care and general nursing procedures
  • Supporting chronic disease and long-term condition reviews
  • Administering adult and childhood immunisations (if trained)
  • Performing smear tests where qualified
  • Conducting NHS Health Checks and lifestyle assessments
  • Maintaining accurate documentation across different clinical systems
  • Providing general clinical support to GPs and Nurses
