Job summary

RES is seeking an experienced professional to deliver Major Component / Large Corrective projects as part of a dedicated team. You will lead gearboxes, generators, main shafts and other critical exchanges in a heavy-lift environment.

The role covers project delivery, lifting operations, CDM compliance, documentation, and HSQE. Mechanical or electrical qualifications are preferred; strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering heavy-lift projects in energy or related sectors.
• Familiar with major component exchanges and commissioning activity.
• Knowledge of CDM procedures and HSQE requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery for Major Component / Large Corrective works.
• Lifting Operations coordination and safe execution.
• CDM Compliance and documentation writing.
• HSQE Compliance and record-keeping.

The Position–Responsible for carrying out Major Component / Large Corrective projects as part of a team. Projects will mainly be Major Component replacements with some smaller additional works in between. Gearbox, Generator, Main shaft, Yaw Ring Exchanges etc
