Job summary

ENERCON Services UK is seeking an Electrical Technician to install components, maintain wind turbines, diagnose faults, and generate reports. You will travel to sites across the UK, climb turbines daily, and stay fit for height work. Mandatory safety training includes wind turbine safety rules and high voltage switching.

A proactive, safety‑minded team player is essential. You will work in a two‑or‑three person team, travel around the UK to support other teams during busy periods, and maintain

Qualifications

NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Engineering required.
Proven ability to work safely at height and in a wind-energy environment.
Proficient with IT tools, including Microsoft Excel, and general reporting duties.

Responsibilities

Work from a specified location and service wind energy converters (WECs) in a defined area.
Carry out electrical maintenance and fault-finding for WECs.
Climb wind turbines regularly and maintain training/certificates for climbing.
Produce weekly and monthly reports for supervisors and management.
