Job summary

EDF is seeking an administrator to support the HPC project, coordinating onboarding, training, and WIMS/AIS records to ensure compliance with NNB requirements. You will liaise with HR and project managers to manage resource onboarding and training needs.

The role requires relevant administrative and technical experience, and evidence of the right to work in the UK. This position contributes to a large-scale nuclear project with clear compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant administrative / technical experience.
• Previous experience in a relevant position.
• Evidence of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work with HR and Project Managers to identify mobilising resources for the HPC project/site and manage the SQUEP process.
• Ensure clearance issues including Credence ppwk and competency documentation are dealt with or escalated to minimise onboarding delays.
• Identify and book prerequisite training to ensure resources are competent per NNB WIMS requirements.
• Maintain WIMS resources records throughout their life on the project to meet NNB audit requirements.
• Attend NNB WIMS meetings to stay updated on processes and activities.
