Principal Accountabilities
The IPCM System Elementary Test E2E Delivery Lead is responsible for supporting governance, reporting, and configuration management activities across the programme. The role coordinates board operations, stakeholder engagement, configuration status reporting, delta management, assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure effective configuration control and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Configuration Management, Project Management, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in data collection, programming, and data analysis
Experience in configuration management, project controls, PMO, or a similar delivery environment.
Experience preparing governance board packs, reports, action trackers, and meeting minutes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams), Power BI.
Experience in major infrastructure, nuclear, defence, or other regulated industries is desirable.
