Job summary

Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Wills and Probate Practitioner to join a well-regarded Private Client team in Potters Bar. You will manage a varied caseload independently, advising on wills, probate, trusts, and related matters, while supporting departmental growth.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Wills and Probate / Private Client work, strong organisational and communication skills, and a willingness to travel to other offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in Wills and Probate / Private Client work.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear, professional communication with clients.
• Comfortable contributing to a wider team environment.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Willingness to attend other offices to take instructions and support department growth.
