Venn Group's specialist Legal Recruitment team is recruiting a Wills & Probate Solicitor on behalf of a well-established law firm in Greater Manchester. The role offers the chance to work on high-value Private Client matters within a supportive team.

You will manage Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Trust matters, draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and advise on inheritance tax planning. The firm seeks a solicitor with 2–3 years PQE and strong client care skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–3 years' PQE in Wills & Probate or Private Client law.
• Experience managing Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Trust matters with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and client care skills, especially with vulnerable clients.
• Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and manage a busy caseload.
• Strong IT skills, including case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration matters.
• Drafting simple and complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and related Private Client documents.
• Advising clients on inheritance tax planning, estate planning, trusts and probate matters.
• Assisting with high-value Court of Protection and Private Client cases.
• Handling both simple and complex estate administration matters.
• Supporting clients through sensitive circumstances with empathy and professionalism.
• Managing new enquiries, correspondence and client communications.
