Sussex Wildlife Trust is seeking a Farm Administrator to provide high-quality administrative, financial, compliance and operational support for its conservation grazing work at the Wiston Estate near Findon.

The role involves maintaining livestock, machinery, contract, finance and agri-environment records, and supporting the Grazing Manager and teams to keep the grazing operation compliant and effective for wildlife delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience of office support and record keeping in a busy environment.
• Experience with basic finance processes and reconciliations.
• Ability to work with internal and external contacts and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, financial, compliance and operational support for conservation grazing work.
• Maintain accurate livestock, machinery, contract, finance and agri-environment records; help ensure the grazing operation is well organised and compliant.
• Support the Grazing Manager and wider Grazing and Reserves teams.
