Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Widening Participation Co-ordinator to oversee enrichment, student leadership, and widening participation initiatives within the school.

You will manage an extensive extra-curricular timetable, implement a student leadership framework, and lead the Scholars’ Programme while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to track engagement data and support all student cohorts to thrive.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enrichment, student leadership and widening participation initiatives.
• Manage a vibrant extra-curricular timetable and lead the Scholars’ Programme for academically gifted pupils.
• Use data to track engagement and ensure all student cohorts thrive.
