Job summary

White Recruitment Limited is seeking a commercially driven Range Manager to lead range reviews and shape a large-scale wholesale product portfolio. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working with Buying, Category, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and Depot teams to turn strategy into delivery.

You will own key range reviews and category initiatives, influence introductions and delistings, and use customer, sales and market insight to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Range, Category or Assortment Management.
• Background in wholesale, retail, convenience or FMCG.
• Strong commercial, analytical and project management skills.
• Confident to influence stakeholders and drive change.
• Customer-focused, solutions-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead key range reviews and category initiatives.
