Bestway Group is seeking a Range Review Manager to lead end-to-end range review processes across the wholesale trading business. You will partner with Buying and Category teams to plan, coordinate and deliver range changes that meet customer needs and commercial objectives.

This role acts as the central point of coordination, ensuring range changes are implemented efficiently across Supply Chain, Operations and Depots, with robust insights guiding decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading range review or category management in retail/wholesale/FMCG.
• Commercially minded with strong customer focus.
• Cross-functional project management across buying, supply chain, operations and commercial.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual and periodic range review process across assigned categories.
• Plan timelines, milestones and governance frameworks.
• Ensure recommendations are supported by customer, sales and operational insights.
• Coordinate activities across Supply Chain, Operations, Depots, Buying and File Maintenance teams.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for all approved range changes and monitor progress.
• Support depot readiness, stock run-down and new product onboarding.
• Measure the effectiveness of range changes and review post-implementation outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment.
