- Be the first point of contact for order queries and order issues, communicating with Logistics and Export Teams to ensure timely product delivery and effectively solve problems.
- Work closely with Logistics, Finance, and IT to manage order flow, customers and expectations.
- Add new customers contact details to customer database, ensure all customer records are up to date and all administration tasks are carried out.
- Collate weekly sales information and analyse sales data to identify and report on top sellers, style popularity and market trends.
- Generate reports and oversee prioritized orders, ensuring all orders are entered accurately, recorded and confirmations sent to customers.
- Support the Wholesale team with event preparation, including showroom organisation and scheduling buyer appointments.
- Support in the preparation of sales presentations and other key meetings by creating decks.
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure wholesale operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (preferred).
- Passionate about a career in wholesale.
- Excellent organisation skills, strong attention to detail and ability to be accurate on data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively share information with the Wholesale team and other internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge and passion for fashion and products – ‘fashion sensibility’ – knowledge of trends, the market, the luxury consumer and peer awareness.
- Proficient on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Flexible, ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
