Job summary

Aberdeen City Council is seeking a School ICT Technical Support officer to help deliver reliable ICT services across learning environments. You will support curriculum delivery, be part of the school tech team, and attend training sessions.

The role requires a HNC/ONC or equivalent and PVG membership (or willingness to obtain). You will work in a collaborative setting, manage ICT tasks, and help maintain a safe, productive learning environment for pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Higher National Certificate (HNC, ONC) or equivalent.
• PVG membership for regulated work with children, adults and/or vulnerable groups.
• Willingness to obtain PVG prior to commencing work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the provision of a technical ICT support service to support curriculum delivery and learning activities.
• Attend relevant meetings and training sessions.
