Higher Success Ltd. is seeking a White Collar Recruitment Consultant in London (Hybrid - 3 days in office) to focus on construction roles across the UK.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Site Managers, Architects, and Project Managers, working with established clients and building new ones. The role offers strong earnings potential with uncapped commission, a fast-track path to leadership, and a calendar of development training.

Qualifications

• 2 years White Collar construction recruitment experience (preferred).
• Strong interest in development and willingness to undertake training courses.
• Able to commute to Canary Wharf a few times a week.

Responsabilités

• This is a 360 recruitment role hiring into White Collar Construction in the UK, including Site Managers, Architects, Project Managers, Supervisors, Surveyors, and QSs.
• You will hire permanent professionals into UK-based companies within salaries around 50k to 120k.
• You will work with existing clients and develop new ones, attending site visits to meet clients and discuss needs.
• Initially you won’t manage a team, with potential to manage in the mid term; management training up to Director level will be provided.
