Niyaa People is seeking a Floor Layer for a long-term, self-employed position in Stoke-on-Trent. You will install wet room flooring on council properties under an established contractor on a council contract.

Key requirements include a Blue CSCS Card, owning a van and flooring tools, and relevant certifications. The role offers a daily rate of £200-£250 and immediate start for ongoing subcontracting work.

Formación

• Experience installing wet room flooring in council or similar properties.
• CSCS card required (Blue) to access sites.
• Must own van and flooring tools for immediate start.
• Certifications: Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights.

Responsabilidades

• Install safety vinyl flooring in wet rooms.
• Prepare floors before installation.
• Weld vinyl joints for watertight finish.
• Complete wet room flooring installations across council properties.
