Job summary

121 Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager for West London rail and major infrastructure projects. The role leads electrical delivery, coordinating subcontractors, site teams and QA/QC to ensure on-time, on-budget performance with high safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing installation, testing, commissioning and handover, while maintaining strict adherence to drawings, specifications and RAMS.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and CSCS are essential
• Experience with rail infrastructure or major construction projects
• Strong expertise in electrical installation, testing and handover

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical installation on site across West London projects
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, supervisors and site teams
• Ensure works align with drawings, specs, programme and client expectations
• Monitor progress, manage risks and delays, and coordinate resources
• Support reporting, planning and interface with project management and QA/QC teams
• Ensure comprehensive testing, commissioning and handover documentation
