Job summary

CP Management Solutions LTD is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager for major projects across West London. You will lead electrical site teams, coordinate installations with other trades, and ensure delivery to safety, quality and schedule targets on both commercial fit-out and rail项目 environments.

The role requires proven experience in electrical construction management, rail projects, and strong reading of electrical drawings and specs, with SMSTS and CSCS/ECS qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Construction Manager / Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Site Manager.
• Strong commercial fit-out experience.
• Rail project experience.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
• SMSTS and CSCS/ECS qualifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager to join a leading contractor working on major projects across West London.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction management, with proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects as well as rail projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee electrical works from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead electrical site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate electrical installations with other trades and project teams.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Manage progress, programme and site coordination.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety and electrical standards.

Requirements
