Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven category management experience in branded FMCG.
• Ability to translate consumer needs into insights with proven sales/marketing achievements.
• Analytical approach to influence category agenda.
• Forward-thinking, flexible, driven with initiative.
• Cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coaching/managing direct reports (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategic category vision.
• Lead range reviews and category performance reviews.
• Build strong advisor-level customer relationships.
• Develop continuous reporting for category scorecards.
• Align sales recommendations with range review objectives and category growth.
• Develop best-in shopper activation plans.
• Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports.
