Role:

• Customer‑facing Category Manager role to manage the grocery multiples
• Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships and use insights to deliver actionable recommendations to support category growth
• Take a hands‑on approach, working closely with Marketing, Sales and other key business functions to create best‑in‑class category research and advice
• Bring new products to customers and drive incremental business growth using a strong innovation pipeline
• Proven experience as a Category Manager in a branded FMCG environment or an agency
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and commercially astute
• Excellent influencing skills at all levels, internally and externally
• Manage short‑term deliverables while developing long‑term strategic thinking
• Highly organised, able to manage time and deadlines effectively
