Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Fire Engineer for the West London region. You will deliver high‑quality service for fire alarm systems, ensuring safety, timely completion, and strong customer relationships.

The role requires FIA training (or equivalent), solid Health & Safety knowledge, and a full UK driving licence, with a focus on first‑time fixes. We offer a competitive salary with an OTE around £60,000+, a £1,000 sign‑on bonus, company vehicle with private use option, 25 days

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with fire alarm systems.
• FIA training (or equivalent desirable).
• Good IT skills.
• Solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to lift equipment and work at height.
• Strong customer‑focused approach.
• Motivation to earn and be rewarded for your effort.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Service fire devices safely and responsibly
• Manage your territory and time effectively, prioritising jobs to ensure efficient completion
• Work collaboratively with your team.
• Work to tight deadlines
• Service, maintain, and install fire alarm systems
• Complete accurate engineer service reports
• Identify and report system deficiencies or deviations
• Maintain a strong Health & Safety focus, identifying risks and reporting concerns promptly
• Aim to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible
