Chubb Fire & Security Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Engineer to deliver high-quality service across Belfast and Northern Ireland. You will service, maintain and install fire alarm systems, manage your territory, and provide excellent customer service with a strong Health & Safety focus.

Localised working area with a base up to £32K (DoE) + OTE £40K, company vehicle with private use option, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and extensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with fire alarm systems.
• Good IT skills.
• Strong customer-focused approach.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Motivation to earn and be rewarded for your effort.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Service fire devices safely and responsibly.
• Manage your territory and time effectively, prioritising jobs to ensure efficient completion.
• Work collaboratively with your team.
• Work to tight deadlines.
• Service, maintain, and install fire alarm systems.
• Complete accurate engineer service reports.
• Identify and report system deficiencies or deviations.
• Maintain a strong Health & Safety focus, identifying risks and reporting concerns promptly.
• Aim to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible.
