Qualifications

• Banking / Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2-5 PQE required.
• Experience dealing with contentious banking and corporate recoveries.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage correspondence and pleadings in litigation matters.
• Support lenders with enforcement actions and debt recovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare advice on insolvency processes.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage negotiations.
• Manage complex commercial disputes from instruction to resolution.
