Teaching Personnel is seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Welsh-medium Teaching Assistants to join a thriving primary school in Cardiff for the full 2025/26 academic year, starting this September.

About the School:

You’ll be working in a modern, purpose-built Welsh-medium primary school that places creativity, inclusivity, and pupil wellbeing at the heart of everything it does. The school has a strong community ethos, excellent outdoor learning spaces, and a focus on nurturing bilingual learners who are confident, happy, and ready to take on the world.

The Role:

Supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 through the medium of Welsh

Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and creative lessons

Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional learning needs

Helping to create a warm and welcoming classroom environment

Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate:

Fluent Welsh speaker
Experience working with children (in school or other settings)
Confident, proactive, and passionate about education
Able to commit to the full academic year
A positive role model who brings energy and care into the classroom
