TeacherActive Ltd in Swansea is seeking a fluent Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to support learning in a Welsh-medium primary school. The role starts immediately, is full-time and long/short term, and involves assisting the class teacher and supporting pupils across primary age ranges.

The successful candidate will be bilingual in Welsh and English, possess a Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (desirable), and bring strong communication and classroom management.

Qualifications

• Fluent Welsh speaker with ability to communicate confidently in Welsh and English.
• Experience supporting pupils in a primary setting is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Welsh Curriculum and effective classroom management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with general classroom activities.
• Provide learning support to pupils across the primary age range.
• Contribute to maintaining an engaging and positive classroom environment.
