Equal Education Partners is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Welsh Speaking Learning Support Assistant (LSA) specialising in ALN (Additional Learning Needs) to join a Primary School in Lampeter! This role is not just about supporting education; it's about making a real difference in the lives of children.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a warm, supportive environment where every child’s needs are at the heart of everything. You’ll be working closely with pupils in KS1 and KS2, supporting their learning and development in exciting ways.

Depending on your experience, you will earn a competitive daily rate of between £80 and £90 a day.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with ALN, both inside and outside of the classroom.
  • Supporting the delivery of individualised learning plans and strategies.
  • Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Helping students develop social, emotional, and academic skills.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for

  • A compassionate and patient individual who is committed to supporting children with ALN.
  • Fluency in Welsh is essential to support our students and engage with the school community effectively.
  • Experience working with children in a school or similar setting is preferred.
  • A team player who can work alongside teachers and other professionals to deliver high-quality support.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent communication skills.
  • A desire to help students reach their full potential, whatever their learning needs may be.
  • Competitive rates of pay (between £80 and £90 a day in line with with ALN Teaching Assistant Main Pay Scales).
  • Dedicated support from our Recruitment Managers on a daily basis
