Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd (CCDG), a Welsh Government subsidiary, is seeking an Employability Coach to support people across Wales in education, training or employment. Based at the Wrexham Careers Centre, the postholder may occasionally cover Queensferry Careers Centre in Flintshire.

You will work with a varied client group, including young people, parents and adults seeking work, and you will help clients with CVs, job searching and applications, while guiding them toward sustained

Qualifications

• Welsh language skills at least intermediate level are essential.
• Full-time role, 37 hours per week (based on typical Welsh roles).
• Basic Disclosure check is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire clients to identify and work towards positive career goals.
• Provide clear information and guidance to help clients manage their careers.
• Assist with CVs, job searching and applications.
• Help clients move towards sustained positive outcomes, including education, training or employment.
