Job summary

Nadara Limited seeks a Welsh Development Manager to lead a portfolio of onshore renewable energy projects across Wales, including greenfield, co-development, acquisitions and repowering. You will drive development from identification through planning consent to Ready to Build, with strong leadership and strategic judgement.

The role requires robust stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness and collaboration with landowners, local authorities and regulators.

Qualifications

• Typically 7–10 years' experience in renewable energy development, infrastructure development or related field.
• Strong leadership and governance experience across complex development programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of onshore renewable projects in Wales, including greenfield, acquisitions and repowering.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and milestones in line with governance requirements.
• Build relationships with landowners, communities, authorities and regulators to support portfolio strategy.
• Prepare key development materials and present investment papers for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure coordinated and efficient project delivery.
