Job summary

InforCapital in London seeks a Senior Development Manager to lead renewable energy projects across the UK and Europe. You will oversee every development stage from site identification and land securing through environmental studies, permitting, and reaching financial close.

You will build a robust portfolio by spotting greenfield opportunities, managing procurement and contract negotiations, and aligning engineering teams on site layouts, technology choices, and design requirements to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience developing renewable energy projects in the UK/Europe from site identification to permitting to achieving financial close.
• End-to-end project development including land acquisition, building/environmental conditions, and grid connection.
• Existing network in the UK/European renewables sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all development stages from site identification and land securing to environmental studies, permitting, and financial close.
• Build the portfolio by identifying greenfield opportunities and competitive processes.
• Manage procurement and contract management including negotiations for leases and technical/environmental contracts.
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering and technical teams to optimize site layouts, technology choices and design requirements.
