Teaching Assistant – Swansea, Carmarthenshire, Llanelli

Full time and part time positions available!
Hours:8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Daily Rate:£89.38 - £100
Start Date:ASAP (Pending vetting requirements)

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant

Maintain apositive and engaging learning environment.
Support the teacher insetting up lessonsand daily activities.
Supervise and assist children duringplaytime and lunch breaks.
Provide1:1 or small group supportto students who need extra help.
Encourageconfidence and learningthrough a fun and creative approach.

What We’re Looking For

A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.

Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to adapt to different learning needs.

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.

A proactive, flexible approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.

A commitment to our values of inclusion, kindness, and fostering a love of learning.

Achild-enhanced DBSandEWC registration(or willingness to obtain these).
