Teaching Personnel is seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Welsh-medium Teaching Assistants to join a thriving primary school in Cardiff for the full 2025/26 academic year, starting this September.

You’ll be working in a modern, purpose-built Welsh-medium primary school that places creativity, inclusivity, and pupil wellbeing at the heart of everything it does. The school has a strong community ethos, excellent outdoor learning spaces, and a focus on nurturing bilingual learners who are confident, happy, and ready to take on the world.

• Supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 through the medium of Welsh

• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and creative lessons

• Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional learning needs

• Helping to create a warm and welcoming classroom environment

• Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development

Fluent Welsh speaker
Experience working with children (in school or other settings)
Confident, proactive, and passionate about education
Able to commit to the full academic year
A positive role model who brings energy and care into the classroom
