Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant TA

Long Term Role

Academics are currently recruiting for a Welsh speaking TA to begin work in September 2025. The role is long term and full time, with weekly pay. So if you're someone who

• Is a fluent Welsh speaker
• Has experience of working in a classroom or has the relevant transferrable skills
• Wants full time & long term work

Your contract will initially be until June half term, but will likely be extended, with there being a possibility of the role becoming permanent.

The role of a TA

• Assist the teacher in delivering successful lessons
• Work with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
• Build and maintain professional relationships with other staff members
• Be a role model to all pupils
