From boosting everyday vitality to helping customers feel more balanced, confident, and informed, you'll play a key role in their wellness journey.

About the role

• Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you'll support all wellness brands, offering expert, unbiased advice to ensure customers receive the best experience every time.
• You'll use open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic wellness solutions and products, including our in-store and online services, referring to specialists where needed.
• You'll use your communication skills every day to connect with customers and support their unique wellness needs.
• This is a sales-based role, but success is shared as a team- there's no competitive, performance-based commission here
• We take pride in our stores, so you'll help keep shelves stocked, tidy, and looking their best throughout the day.
