Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Witney is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance.

You'll develop people, manage sales and budgets, ensure stock, compliance and health & safety, and champion technology to enhance operations and the customer journey. You will report to the regional manager and play a key role in the wider region's success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and managing store operations in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing performance, budgets and business priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
