Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Douglas, Isle of Man, is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant working 10 hours per week at £13.70 per hour. You’ll welcome customers, help them find wellness products, and provide excellent service while maintaining shelves and displays to high standards.

This role requires a genuine passion for helping people, strong communication, teamwork, and a curiosity about health and wellness. Training will cover product knowledge and a consultative approach to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
