Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Cannock is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them choose products that support their wellness goals. You’ll contribute to a high-standard store environment, support promotions, and use digital tools to assist customers in-store and online.

Training will build product knowledge and trusted guidance. The role offers a customer-focused, supportive team culture with opportunities to grow in health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping customers and delivering great service.
• Strong communication and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness and readiness to learn.
• Ability to stay organised, work in a busy retail environment and as part of a team.
• Confidence using tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find products to match wellbeing goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and displays merchandised to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide product recommendations (in-store or online).
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
