Job summary

The Massage Company is seeking a Membership Sales Advisor for our Ealing centre. This role includes selling memberships through face-to-face discussions, handling follow-up sales, and generating new client referrals.

You will schedule appointments by phone, email or in person, and match clients to the right therapist. You must be fluent in English, eligible to work in the UK, and able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Selling memberships through face-to-face discussion, follow-up sales, and referrals.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests with friendly, helpful attitude.
• Schedule appointments by phone, email, and in person.
• Providing clients with the best massage service advice to fit their needs, and by matching them to the right therapist during pre-treatment discussions.
• Promoting internal upgrades of hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy or ‘fantastic foot treatment’
• Answering customer questions and concerns with urgency, care and sincerity
• Occasionally being part of promotional activity, both onsite and offsite locally
• Must be able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management

Membership Sales Advisor - Ealing

Salary: £13.50ph + commission + annual bonuses

30 hours per week including mornings, evenings and weekends.

• Providing clients with the best massage service advice to fit their needs, and by matching them to the right therapist during the pre-treatment discussions.Our internal TMC Knowledge Base, and training, will support this
